Is there a limit to the 'Unlimited Page Crawl'?

It depends on your device and the amount of RAM allocated to it. Our web crawler uses the RAM from your device rather than your hard drive to process data, it does not save to your hard drive. So the more you crawl the more your device has to process the data using more memory. We save your last scan to your account so you can go back to the latest version rather than having to rescan on different devices. Your last scan is always saved on your account so you can pick up where you left off on any other device. In addition you can re-scan any particular page within a full website scan, saving you time and resources on your device. If you do not have enough RAM allocated to scan a large website including a complex website then you may slow down your device significantly. If you are using a 64-bit device with up to 2 gigabytes then you should be able to crawl between 10-100,000 URLs of your website. If you are using a 64-bit device with up to 8 gigabytes then you should be able to crawl between 300-500,000 URLs of your website. This also depends on the complexity of your website and the depth of each page. If you are experiencing a memory warning, or a device crashing while you are trying to perform large crawls then you should stop and reboot your device and then proceed with a device that can handle large amounts of processing. You do have the option of scanning each page individually for quicker scans.

What is included in the FREE SUBSCRIPTION?

It includes 10 scans each of access for our SEO Spidering tool and Page Analysis.

How can I manage my account?

When you log into your account you will see a button on the left menu called "Profile". There you will be able to update your information such as email, modify password and more.

How does it work?

SpiderNow website crawler captures a website’s code and performs site audits in real-time so you can analyze the results quickly. We focus on technical SEO to help users improve the on site SEO by discovering errors within their website that might be harming issues such as indexing and redirects.

What are scans, generators and usage? What happens when I run out?

Your account receives a refill of sessions each month, depending on your plan. When you run out of all scans, generators and usages that feature will stop until your next refill date (unless you manually request a refill or upgrade in the dashboard). You will be able to continue using all of the other features that have not depleted their limits.

What is your refund policy?

We do not provide refunds, your subscription will expire at the end of the month or if you run out of scans, generators and usage so long as you cancel the subscription. You can do this when you log into your account by going to the 'Subscription' button on the left menu. Once there you locate your subscription plan and click on the cancel subscription button.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account and on the left menu you will see "Subscription". Go to your subscription and locate the large red button that says "Cancel Subscription" and your services will be canceled.

Do you have a resellers plan?

We are currently building our resellers plan and API services which will be available shortly.

How long is my FREE SUBSCRIPTION?

There is not time limit on our FREE SUBSCRIPTION. When you create an account with us you are automatically enrolled into our FREE SUBSCRIPTION without a credit card required. Once you use your limits for the FREE SUBSCRIPTION you will be offered to upgrade your account to our subscription services.

How do I reach support?

When you log into your account you will see a "Support" button on the left menu or you can locate our support link on the top of each page.

How do I use PageSpeed Insight through my account?

To use Google PageSpeed Insights it's required to have a API Key at https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/v5/get-started#prerequisites. Your API Key will be stored safe and securely and it will only be accessible by you. This key will only be used by you and your links to scan.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Plans will auto-charge to the card on file at the time of renewal (monthly or annually, depending on your plan structure).

Is my data secure?

User accounts and data are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, which online banks also use to protect bank accounts. In addition, all payments made through our website is secured through Stripe's online payment system.

Can you create custom plans?

Yes! Talk with our customer service representatives, and we’ll create a custom plan that fits what you are looking for.
